I’m a researcher and creative consultant with a passion for helping wellness brands thrive. My doctoral research explored the media representation and cultural translation of wellness practices, giving me a unique perspective on how modern brands can connect with today’s audiences.

With over 25 years of experience in journalism, photography, and media, my work has appeared in leading publications including The Times, The Metro, and The Sun, along with digital platforms like Huffington Post, Gizmodo, and New Atlas. I've served as news editor for an international press agency and provided online news and technology consultation services.

I also founded an innovative news platform (NewsLite) that was recognised in The Guardian's Top 100 websites globally during its operation, demonstrating my ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. This experience established my expertise in developing distinctive media properties that capture attention in crowded digital spaces.

Today, I combine my academic insights and media expertise to help wellness and fitness brands develop meaningful connections and gain the recognition they deserve.
